Stefan Mayer-Eggersmann joined Clariness in 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and played a key part in propelling Clariness’ commercial success in recent years. He was appointed Co-CEO, and assumed full CEO responsibilities with the passing of Michael Stadler in July 2025. Stefan is a proven leader successfully delivering year-on-year growth, ensuring operational delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stefan is committed to perfectly understanding the needs of our customers, and delivering value-adding solutions for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies in need of patient recruitment, patient retention and patient insight services.

In the 15+ years prior to joining Clariness, Stefan served in MD and EVP Sales & Account Management roles across multiple B2B service companies in several industries. During this time, he gained extensive experience understanding customers’ needs and creating long-lasting partnerships, while managing and closely supervising numerous customer programs across the globe, specifically in Europe and North America.

Stefan studied Economics and Intercultural Communication and is a huge fan of both travel and sports.
