Berlin, Germany 1 October 2025 – Boehringer Ingelheim RCV has expanded its partnership with Clariness, launching its patient recruitment on the marketplace model of ClinLife® in Bulgaria, Israel and Romania.
This expansion builds upon an existing strategic partnership that has seen Clariness host more than 30 Boehringer Ingelheim RCV studies in 5 countries since 2021, supporting crucial indications including depression, hidradenitis suppurativa, systemic sclerosis, schizophrenia as well as solid tumors, lung cancer and more.
Speaking on the expansion, Hermann Novak, Regional Therapeutic Area Lead CNS, Retinopathies and Emerging Areas at Boehringer Ingelheim RCV, commented, “We are always looking to innovate how we engage patients on a local level, and being able to do so with a proven partner, ensures we do so with the best patient journey possible.”
Moritz Kloss, SVP Local Markets & Initiatives at Clariness, said, “This expansion is testament to the great partnership we have, and the versatility of ClinLife®. These 3 countries have varying regulatory frameworks, healthcare models, focus indications and more, and we look forward to servicing these patient populations in Bulgarian, Hebrew, and Romanian.”
As Clariness continues to grow its partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, Clariness will be engaging healthcare professionals, research sites, and patient advocacy groups in these new regions to accelerate access to clinical trials and advancing medical research together.
