Janine Hart

Janine Hart joined Clariness in 2008 as its first employee, where she supported the operational project business by rolling out the ClinLife® platform to 10 countries and managing the entire project portfolio.

Today, she serves on the Executive Team as Clariness’ Chief Operating and Compliance Officer, where she leads the company’s operational delivery by overseeing all operational teams. Further, Janine was appointed a Managing Director in July 2025, in addition to driving the organization’s quality, compliance, legal, and training functions.

Prior to Clariness, Janine founded her own start-up in the outdoor advertising industry. She studied both law and medicine and later earned an MBA in the UK. In her free time, she manages interior design projects.

Through understanding the needs of study participants of all backgrounds, across the globe, and by partnering with sponsors and sites, we continuously work on delivering more efficient, and more inclusive patient experiences.
