George is the VP, Business Development at Clariness, holding the responsibility for global expansion of the ClinLife® brand across Large Pharma, CRO, Biotech and Medical Device. George is responsible for ensuring our customers, trusted partners and most importantly patients, receive the necessary innovative solutions to ensure clinical research is an approachable care option. 

George joined Clariness in 2022, having scaled numerous digital-first organisations, he believes strongly in the utilization of data in the full clinical trial continuum from protocol optimization, through enrolment and monitoring. 

Over the past 12+ years he has held senior leadership positions at start-ups through FTSE 100 organisations, most recently VP, Sales in the patient recruitment industry, having worked with a wide range of MNCs as well as market disruptors. George strongly advocates that the customer voice should be the driving force in the relationship and that teams should endeavour to do what is best for all stakeholders involved in the process. His education and time spent across Asia and Europe encourages a global viewpoint with an emphasis on localising approaches wherever possible. 

George holds a degree in Politics from the University of Essex; he also sits on the Board of Directors for several charitable organisations and provides addiction counselling outside of work.
